Privacy Policy

FusionCue is a local-first desktop application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Local-first by design

All computer-vision processing — camera capture, table detection, ball tracking, and drill scoring — runs on your own computer. Camera frames and video are processed locally and are not uploaded to FusionCue. Drill history, session statistics, and settings are stored on your device.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and display name when you create an account.
  • Licensing data: your license, subscription, and trial status, and a privacy-preserving hardware fingerprint used only to bind a purchased license to your machine.
  • Diagnostics (optional): if you choose to send a diagnostic report, we receive logs and system information to help fix crashes. These are only sent when you submit them.
  • Cloud features (optional): if you use cloud-based features such as the AI voice coach or chat agent, the text or audio you send to those features is transmitted to the relevant service provider to generate a response.

Service providers

We use a small number of processors to operate FusionCue: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and account data), Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and software updates), and — only when you use the corresponding optional cloud features — AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention and your rights

We keep account and licensing data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your server-side account and licensing records; data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the application.
