Refund Policy

1. Perpetual offline license

If FusionCue isn’t working out, use our contact page within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund the full license price — no questionnaire, though we’ll gladly try to fix whatever went wrong first if you want us to. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

A refund marks the account as having a payment deficit. A copy already activated for offline use remains usable, but connected access, license re-downloads, and hardware rebinds are paused unless and until the deficit is resolved. Your account stays open.

2. Connected subscriptions

You can cancel connected service at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing; connected features remain active until the end of the paid period. Partial-period refunds are not offered except where required by law.

3. Rent-to-own payments and credit

Cancelling rent-to-own service never erases ownership credit already earned. If a payment is refunded, credited, or disputed, only the eligible cash from that payment is removed from the running balance; taxes were never credited. Other settled payments remain intact.

If the reversal happens after a perpetual offline license was granted, the grant remains recorded and existing offline installations remain usable. Connected access, license re-downloads, and hardware rebinds may be paused for the amount of the deficit.

4. EU & UK customers

If you’re in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, which this policy meets or exceeds. Nothing here limits any rights you have under local consumer law.

5. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund from us is faster than a chargeback investigation, and once a dispute is opened we’re generally unable to issue a refund directly while it’s pending.
