How does the free trial work?+
Start by downloading FusionCue, signing in, and calibrating the camera and projector over your own table. The trial gives you 14 days to prove the real tracking, projection, and scoring on your cloth with the included trial drills; the full drill library, games, recording, and multiplayer unlock when you buy. There is no credit card requirement and no automatic charge at the end. Use Get Started first if you still need compatible hardware.
What are the ways to buy FusionCue?+
You can pay once for a perpetual offline license, choose full-access monthly rent-to-own service that builds ownership credit, or add connected service to an already-owned license. The perpetual license covers local table features; connected service adds cloud-backed features such as community sharing and internet multiplayer. Current prices, plan comparisons, and included features are shown on the live Pricing page before checkout.
How does FusionCue rent-to-own work?+
Each settled eligible monthly payment builds ownership credit toward the perpetual offline-license threshold shown at checkout. Your Billing dashboard tracks the credited amount and exact remaining balance. When the remaining balance is lower than a normal monthly payment, FusionCue reduces the final ownership payment so eligible payments do not exceed the threshold. See Billing and Offline Licensing for refunds, disputes, and other credit rules.
Do taxes, discounts, or coupons count toward rent-to-own credit?+
Ownership credit equals the eligible cash actually collected after discounts, calculated in whole cents. Taxes, refunded amounts, credit notes, disputes, and unrelated charges do not count toward ownership. A coupon lowers both the amount charged and the ownership credit by the same amount, while credit already earned from earlier settled payments remains visible in Account → Billing.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?+
Yes. Open Account → Billing and choose the Stripe billing portal to cancel. Future renewals stop, connected features remain active through the end of the paid period, and rent-to-own credit already earned is not erased. Canceling connected service also does not remove a perpetual offline license you already own. Partial-period refunds are not normally offered except where required by law.
What happens after I reach the ownership threshold?+
FusionCue grants the perpetual offline license to your account and moves future connected-service renewals to the lower owner rate. Local tracking, projection, drills, games, recordings, and statistics remain licensed even if you later cancel connected service. You can review both the permanent license and any active service in Account → Billing.
Can I pay off my remaining FusionCue balance early?+
Yes, when purchases are open. Account → Billing shows your settled ownership credit, exact remaining balance, and the early-payoff option. Existing eligible credit is deducted automatically before checkout, and a successful payoff grants the same perpetual offline license as reaching the threshold through monthly payments.
How do FusionCue refunds work?+
Request a full refund for a perpetual offline license within 14 days of purchase through the Contact page. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and commonly take 5–10 business days to appear. Connected subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but partial paid-period refunds are not normally provided. Read the complete Refund Policy for eligibility, exclusions, and statutory rights.
Where can I update my card, cancel, or download receipts?+
Open Account → Billing, then choose the Stripe billing portal to update your payment method, cancel connected service, and view or download receipts and invoices. The FusionCue page itself shows your license type, renewal status, settled ownership credit, and remaining balance. Accounts that were granted complimentary access show that status directly instead of presenting a Stripe portal with no billing history.
