These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FusionCue website, account, and online services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use FusionCue.

2. The software

Your use of the FusionCue desktop application and its components, including its computer-vision models, is governed by the End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA with respect to the software, the EULA controls.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, circumventing access controls or licensing, or using the services to infringe the rights of others.

4. Payments

Paid licenses and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; a one-time software license continues to function offline regardless of subscription status.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusionCue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
