Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use FusionCue.

2. The software

Your use of the FusionCue desktop application and its components, including its computer-vision models, is governed by the End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA with respect to the software, the EULA controls.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, circumventing access controls or licensing, or using the services to infringe the rights of others.

4. Commercial options and current prices

FusionCue may be offered as a perpetual offline license, owner-connected monthly service, or full-access rent-to-own monthly service. Current prices, included features, active promotions, and purchase availability are shown on the pricing page. Checkout shows the final amount before payment. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.

FusionCue is currently sold as an early-access release: the software has not reached version 1.0, is under active development, and may contain defects, change, or be temporarily unavailable while we improve it. Early-access prices are promotional and may end for new purchases at any time. A rent-to-own contract started during early access keeps the ownership threshold shown at checkout. Buying during early access does not change your rights under the Refund Policy.

5. Rent-to-own credits

For a rent-to-own contract, eligible payments are the cash actually collected after discounts, excluding taxes, refunds, credit notes, disputes, and unrelated charges. Eligible payments accrue in whole cents toward the ownership threshold shown when your contract begins. Cancelling or pausing does not erase earned credit.

You may pay the remaining balance when that option is available. The final scheduled payment is reduced to the exact remaining balance. Once the threshold is settled, FusionCue grants a perpetual offline license and future connected service renewals move to the owner-connected rate without proration. Your contract remains pinned to the terms version accepted at checkout unless you expressly accept replacement terms.

6. Cancellations, reversals, and refunds

Cancelling connected service stops future renewals at the end of the paid period and does not cancel a settled perpetual offline license. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. A refund, credit note, or chargeback reduces only the payment credit it reverses. If a reversal occurs after the perpetual license was granted, existing activated offline installations remain usable, but connected access, license re-downloads, and hardware rebinds may be paused until the deficit is resolved.

7. Promotions

Promotion codes may be limited by product, customer, redemption count, first transaction, or expiration. A promotion changes the cash collected for that purchase; it does not increase rent-to-own credit beyond the amount actually paid.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusionCue is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the price, ownership threshold, or contribution rule of an existing rent-to-own contract unless required by law or you agree to the new commercial terms.
